南通港口规划设计院有限公司创立于1976年，当时隶属交通部长江航运管理局上海分局下属的专业港口设计院，1987年07月注册成立。后政企分开，划拨给南通港口集团有限公司，于2003年在南通港口集团有限公司的领导下成功改制为股份制企业。

2018年12月将公司办公地点搬迁至上海张江高科技园区。同时，成立上海总院、云南分院、福建分院、南通分院，2022年成立烟台分公司，2023年10月控股上海济强国际土木工程顾问有限公司，拓展了测量、勘察、检测相关业务，2024年3月在莫桑比克首都马普托成立分公司。2026年，南通港口规划设计院有限公司正式迎来建院五十周年。五十载砥砺前行，我们以匠心致敬历史，以远见开启未来。

Nantong Port Planning and Design Institute Co., Ltd. was founded in 1976 as a professional port design institute under the Shanghai Branch of the Yangtze River Shipping Administration of the Ministry of Transport. It was officially registered in July 1987. Following the separation of government functions from enterprise management, the institute was transferred to Nantong Port Group Co., Ltd. In 2003, under the leadership of the Group, it successfully underwent structural reform and was restructured into a joint-stock company.

In December 2018, the headquarters was relocated to Zhangjiang High tech Park in Shanghai. At the same time, Shanghai General Institute, Yunnan Branch, Fujian Branch, and Nantong Branch were established. In 2022, Yantai Branch was established, and in October 2023, Shanghai Jiqiang International Civil Engineering Consulting Co., Ltd.We have expanded our business scope to include measurement, survey, and inspection-related services, was controlled. In March 2024, a branch was established in Maputo, the capital of Mozambique.In 2026, Nantong Port Planning and Design Institute Co., Ltd. officially celebrates its 50th anniversary. Five decades of relentless dedication — we honor our past with craftsmanship and embrace the future with vision.

主要业务The main business

自本院成立五十年来，完成大量沿海和内河码头及船厂工程，主要有码头、防波堤、地基处理、道路堆场工程、仓库、内河港池工程、大型龙门吊轨道基础工程、船台工程及后方技改工程等港口配套工程的设计，工业与民用建筑、钢结构等设计，重点为沿海及长江中下游沿江各地的港口、船厂、城市建设发挥了积极的作用。

Since the establishment of the Institute for more than 50 years, we complete a large number of coastal inland waterway wharf project and shipyard, main design:port,breakwater、Ground foundation treatment、roads, yard works, warehouses, inland waterway harbor pool project, large gantry crane track foundation project, ship platform project and dock back technical reform project and other port supporting project design, industrial and civil construction, steel structure and other types of housing warehouse design.NTPD has played a positive role for the coastal City and the Yangtze River along the middle and lower reaches of the river all over the port and the construction of the city.
